Warranty conditions
Certain products offered for sale on Magicmobilesshop.com are under the warranty of the official distributor, importer or manufacturer. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product, or damage to the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

If you think that you have not received the warranty certificate of the product you purchased, you can follow the steps below.

Confirm that the product you purchased is under warranty.

Check the original box of the product you purchased.

Make sure that a digital warranty certificate is not presented.

Even though you have taken these steps, if you think that you have not received your warranty certificate, you can contact us.

 

Return Conditions
You can return the products you purchased free of charge within 14 days from the date of receipt, by selecting the contracted cargo company from the "My Account-My Orders" screen, under the following conditions.

The products you purchased must be unused.

Products must be in their original box and undamaged.

The products you send for return must be sent back with all their accessories.

If a gift product was sent along with the products you purchased, the product sent as a gift must be sent at the same time and in full with the products in your order.

Excluded products for which there is no right of withdrawal are listed below.

Products in used or salable condition,

All used products (refunds are not possible even if they comply with the return period due to loss of salability),

Products whose packaging is damaged, taped, written on, original box is damaged and are not in a salable condition.

 

Things to Do and Pay Attention to When Returning a Product

Product return requests are made within the following criteria, based on the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and Regulation. By law, in online sales (sales through distance contracts), consumers have the right to reject and return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.

You can return the product you purchased under the following conditions by applying to Keçelibebek within 14 days from the day you received it from the cargo. In this context, if you send the products back with a contracted cargo company, you will not pay any "shipping fee".

Promotional and campaign products given as gifts must also be returned at the same time as the product you are returning.

In order for the purchased products to be returned within the scope of the "Right of Withdrawal", the original box and packaging of the purchased product must be intact, and the invoice and all complementary accessories must be sent with the product undamaged and complete. If it is not sent, the refund request will be rejected.

There are no refunds for periods exceeding 14 days.

Any returns you make due to any defect arising from the product are considered as 'Faulty Product'.

If the invoice for the product has been issued in the name of the company, it is mandatory to send the "Return Invoice" and "Return Delivery Note" issued by the institution for the return process. Otherwise, orders with invoices issued in the name of institutions cannot be refunded.

The products to be returned must be sent to us with our contracted cargo and agreement code. Returns with other cargo cannot be accepted.
