How many days does it take for my product to be prepared?

Since our products are prepared according to your wishes and completely handmade, there is a preparation period of 2 days and they are delivered to our cargo company after they are ready.

How many days does the cargo delivery time take?

Although shipping times vary depending on your region of residence, it generally arrives within 3 business days at most. Cargo delivery time and product preparation times are completely different.

Can I return the product if I don't like it or am not satisfied? When will the refund be credited to my account?

Of course, you can return products that you do not like or are not satisfied with. However, we kindly ask you to read our return conditions. After the products you return reach us, they are returned to the card you used to pay for within 2 weeks at the latest, depending on your bank.
